The assessment
Results that show their margin of error
Most gift tests rank you 1st to 9th, even when two scores sit a point apart. EmmauOS puts gifts in bands. The lead band holds every gift within 3 points of the strongest, the ±2 margin is drawn on the chart, and a gift at the edge is named as one.
The statements ask what has happened. “In the past year, I have spoken a hard truth to someone because I believed God wanted them to hear it” is harder to inflate than “I have the gift of prophecy.” You know a tree by its fruit.
- Bands, not a ranking. Gifts stay in Romans 12 order on every chart.
- 10–15 minutes on a phone. Answers save on the device. Stop when the service starts, finish at lunch.
- Two friends can confirm it. Their word sits beside the score.
- It ends with a 90-day serving experiment on a team your church has.
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace.

Priced by the people who take the assessment
You pay for how many different people take the assessment in a year. Invite as many pastors, staff and ministry leaders as you want: you are only counted on the people who take the assessment. Paid plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel any time.
Who counts as a person? Anyone who takes the assessment, counted once per plan year however many times they retake it, so retakes are free. Your plan year starts the day your first person takes the assessment and begins again every year on that date. Paying or changing plans never moves it. Pastors, staff and leaders who only sign in are never counted, and neither are people you import or anyone who tries the demo church.
Free covers the assessment, its results and People for up to 50 people a year. Small adds every other page and your own subdomain, like gift.yourchurch.org, and Growing removes the EmmauOS badge. We never put you on an EmmauOS subdomain.
